All personalised items are made to order just for you and all efforts are made to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days.

Standard:

Receive your order typically within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Next Day: 

Orders placed via Next Day Delivery before 12 noon are delivered the next working day. Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday inclusive.

Although we endeavour to dispatch all orders by the outlined lead times, these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Lead times for delivery is dependent on the item chosen. For product specific lead times, you can check delivery information on each individual product page to see which category this falls in.

All efforts are made to dispatch orders by the above lead times but these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Leads time may be extended during high seasonal demand.

Our postal and courier partners will deliver the product(s) ordered by you to the address you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.

Delivery Issues

In the unlikely event you do not receive your order within 14 days of the date on which you ordered them; Anything Simply Made shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at help@anythingsimplymade.co.uk of the problem within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the product(s). 

Should a product arrive damaged or faulty please contact us straight away at help@anythingsimplymade.co.uk with a description and image of the damaged product and we will be in touch with you as quickly as possible.

Unless you have cancelled your order prior to dispatch you will become the owner of the products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Anything Simply Made will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
